100% organic Goji berries
Goji berries are considered the fruit of vitality and longevity.
The Goji, from the Latin name Lycium Barbarum, is a perennial deciduous shrub of the solanaceae family (same family of aubergines, tomatoes, potatoes, chilli peppers and peppers) that grows on vines climbing on the Asian highlands of Tibet, China and Mongolia, at around 3,000 m high.
The goji fruits are berries used for thousands of years by the peoples of Northern China and Inner Mongolia who, thanks to their lifestyle and their eating habits, are among the longest-lived in the world and among the least subject to so-called wellness diseases , such as cardiovascular disease and cancer. Their daily diet is enriched with Goji berries, which among all the fruits of the earth represent a true prodigy, extremely powerful antioxidants. These portentous fruits represent an absolute concentrate of the characteristics of the soil on which they grow and a complete nutritional source for the human body, rich in nutrients such as vitamins C and E and minerals with known properties. They help strengthen the immune system, detoxify the liver, improve muscular endurance, support the body during periods of high stress and support the skin's hydration and elasticity.
Rich in nutritious vitamins
The vitamins of group C and E protect against free radicals and oxidative stress (anti-age function). Copper, iron, phosphorus and manganese help regulate energy metabolism. Thanks to the powerful concentration of potassium and magnesium they help increase muscular endurance. The winning combination of zinc and chromium activates the metabolism of macronutrients by offering a valid aid in diets. In a single berry are enclosed all the main macro and micronutrients: carbohydrates (effective as reinforcement and support of the immune system), proteins, lipids (including Omega 3 and Omega 6) and Germanium, a powerful antioxidant useful to protect the body in case of radiation and adjuvant for rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension and allergies. Many studies have shown that thanks to the availability of the nutrients provided, these wild berries offer valuable support in the regulation and regeneration of metabolic processes, immune responses and neurological activities.
How to use them
Their intake is recommended as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle for adults, children, the elderly, sportsmen, vegans and - thanks to their low glycemic index - to those who need to keep their body weight under control. They can be taken by anyone, by those suffering from pallor, visual fatigue, pregnancy, menopause, stress-related disorders, mood swings and as a supplement to a controlled diet. Its use is not recommended only in cases of anticoagulant therapies or to those suffering from tomato allergy. Their intake varies from adult to child, generally in adults it is recommended to take 1-3 tablespoons a day, the equivalent of 30 grams, either in a bain-marie, alone as a fruit or at pleasure added to yogurt, fruit salad, rice, salads etc. In children the recommended dose is measured in teaspoons and not in tablespoons, from 1 to 3 per day.
