Purchases found on our site are regulated by the Italian law on mail order sales. As required by Legislative Decree n. 21 of 02/21/2014 art. 52, guaranteed the right to withdraw from the contract. You can return the product and get a refund.
If you have received a product that does not correspond to the purchase you have obtained, if the product is damaged and has obvious signs of opening you have 14 working days from the date of delivery to execute the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product and be reimbursed for the expense.
Remember to always keep the original as the right of withdrawal is not valid if the product is returned altered and in an unsuitable state of preservation.
To send the right of withdrawal send an email to info@ajara.it, we will send you the answer within 2 working days.
The products must be returned perfectly intact and properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories, if any.
We will arrange to collect the goods by express courier at the agreed address.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will verify its status and we will refund the amount of the purchased good, including the shipping costs paid upon purchase of the goods, within 14 days of receipt of the aforementioned goods.
